This noir-inspired expansion for Magic: The Gathering takes place in an art deco city built by angels, but ruled by demons. Five crime families, each spanning three colors of mana and led by a demon mob boss, vie for control of New Capenna.
The five families are the Brokers (green, white, and blue), a demonic law firm; the Obscura (white, blue, and black), a cabal of scheming wizards; the Maestros (blue, black, and red), elite assassins with a passion for fine art; the Riveteers (black, red, and green), a guild of rough-and-tumble artisans and crafters; and the Cabaretti (red, white, and green), hosts of the city's most lavish parties.
Each Draft booster pack contains:
- 1 Rare or Mythic rare
- 3 Uncommons
- 10 Commons
- 1 Land
- 1 Common card replaced by a foil card of any rarity in 1 out of 3 boosters
